I was eating tons of crap like chips and chocolate. Eating so much crap food that eventually you feel like total crap.
Anyway this last month I have eaten fruit and vegetables - so much fruit and vegetables.
In addition I have added in vitamin d and vitamin b complex.
The change in my subjective feeling of my own health is night and day. I have more energy, less sluggish. Focus has increased.
So in short eat your fruit and vegetables folks and if you are a shut in ask your doctor about vitamin d

I Take 400 ug of vitamin d3 every morning. Saves my life I’m almost scared to not take it it helped my moods so much
