Anemic and vitamin D deficient

It must be the AP! JK. I saw my nurse practitioner today, and I’m fine except for the above. I’m back on vitamin D pills and Geritol. I’ve been eating what’s cheapest as I can’t afford the food price increases.

Seems like everyone is Vitamin D deficient these days. Sorry about these issues and your food struggles @anon54988740 . Glad you are fine otherwise.
