Making some time

So just got back from a 10 km ride and I did 4.6 km jogging this morning. Exercise and medications are going well with my life but I still find myself wasting hours. Anyways. Today I made some time and spent an hour doing hobby stuff. Assembled a couple of figures for a game I’m collecting.

I plan on setting aside a couple of hours a day for reading or doing some modelling/hobby stuff just so I can get some things done. I figure a good hour or so is being pretty productive and it’s quite relaxing. Just fighting that desire to watch youtube or television and actually just doing something is good. Enjoyed it.

Seems you have a plan!

I found it took a few months to get used to doing more, but although sometimes I worry I am not resting enough, it does feel good to finally get some exercise too
