what you do to make time pass?
days to pass
and go to your doctor after month or two months passed successfully ?
thank you
I keep busy with hobbies.
I Google read then get up and do some chores, Pete and repeat.
What’s the point of just letting time pass?
And when it all passes, what will remain?
Death.
I try to use my time wisely.
I’m never bored. I appreciate things
It’s one thing to wait for something it’s another thing to while the time
We should be goal oriented
I will read. listen to the radio. watch tv. go for a drive.
sometimes i feel bored i think its related to low dopamine in the reward system. and to answer your questions you can do hobbies and some sort of activities it will make you busy and help to release dopamine and make you feel good
A balance of hobbies, exercise, chores, learning, entertainment, naps, thinking, hygiene
I like time to pass slowly, because I like to enjoy big and little things that life offers us.
Sometimes I flitter it away if im experiencing avolition. Just purely directionless.
But when im doing better Ill do hobbies or learn something business or tech related. Spend some time with friends or family.
This morning i went for a walk before work. I went to the river and put my hands in the rushing water. Then i thought about how life flows
Read, walk, nap, talk to my boyfriend❤️, play around and learn about my linux mint. Plan on what i’ll buy next month. (This month i’ll buy new glasses!!! I hadnt had a pair in YEARS) and maybe a skateboard for some exercise.
I find it’s very good for me to get out of the house for a period between 12 and 18pm, because I’m very restless this time of day. I’ll go out for a walk or eat out if I’m not at work. Other than that, tv, movies, radio, music, gaming, reading, excersising.
My list is long and not worth noting, but I have a busy, meaningful life because I made it that way.
I love playing with software. I bought the full adobe package with all the apps today, I got 40% off on it. Looking forward to learn the apps. Other than that it’s gaming, watching YouTube/netflix, etc.
I’m on this forum and Facebook most of the time.
Sometimes I watch YouTube and Netflix etc
Sometimes I look at pictures a long time.
I don’t do much as such.
At home all day.
Listen to radio a couple times a week or so.
Chores, YouTube or movies, look up watches or knives(i kinda collect them). I want to get a gaming pc. I’ve spent weeks isolating and up all night and this was pretty much what I did.
I am bored a lot of the time or even when I’m occupied. I set a timer when I practice guitar and mandolin for 25 minutes and feel rushed and that it’s never enough time. Other than that I am bored more or less. I am able to read. Don’t let people tell you a crazy person can’t read because I can, my mind stopped revolving and the world is crazy. I stop thinking when I walk for a good distance. I clean my kitchen at least once a day. I listen to music. I watch YouTube. And other things so I’m not in pain from no structure like when I got home from the hospital as a teenager. That made me get a job but I can’t do it anymore, I really can’t.
My clock is away too, the alarm clock in my smartphone does behave a little bit funny, sometimes it overslept for a couple of minutes
Yesterday the alarm rang 6 minutes later, today 2 .
That’s a bit like a real old alarm clock…
