My experience over the past quarter century is that SZAs tend to have have worse outcomes as it’s like they got a 2 for 1 special with their illnesses. A lot of the people who think they’re accomplishing a lot when manic really aren’t. Illusion caused by the illness. It really comes down to individual abilities.
I nominate this as typo of the week.

SZA can be worse as it means you have both, but bear in mind that SZA means that there are episodes of psychosis rather than one long psychosis for your entire life. Of course, in some cases, it can be your entire life, but, generally speaking, psychosis is milder. For instance, I never got visual hallucinations.
