Made a mince meat bolognese with my support staff

He sure can cook better than me so will have a nice meal tonight, warming it up in the microwave later with microwave rice. Saving rest for tomorrow. Mince meat was 1 day out of date but smelled and looked okay.

Do you eat meat if its out of date if is looks and smells right? For me I do.
