Lunch/diner

What are you eating? It’s lunchtime in the States and diner in Europe.

I’m having a prawn salad. I bought one in the supermarket today. Here they cost 5€ which isn’t too expensive.

Today I had a banana for breakfast. A Huel shake for lunch. Coconut as an afternoon snack and a prawn salad for diner.

How do you survive on so little food. Arent you hungry all the time?

I’m not hungry. My body has adjusted to eating less. Also, I currently just volunteer and don’t need to eat a lot.

Huel shakes are really filling btw and just 400 kcal.

There are some members like @LilyoftheValley and @Wave who only eat 1200 kcal a day which is even less. It’s possible!
