I sleep better. I get up in the morning , 8.00 or 10.00. Feel more normal.
Also i smoke way less.

What you gonna do tomorrow sunday?

I’m sleeping better too lately.

Today Sunday I had family breakfast and will visit my sacred neigh in half a hour is my plan.

Then I hope to watch andra avenyn.

I always have nothing serious to do, I do the same thing everyday, vape and listen to music in bed all day. Sometimes I play video games with friends for 20min next to my bed on my PC.

You’re doing your best Aziz, that’s all that matters. Oh and just to update about my negative symptoms, I’m feeling alot better today. I’m not sure if it was due to my neurofeedback or just getting used to my small hotel room(I felt somewhat dizzy and had some negative symptoms[boredom strangely]). But since I’ve woke up today, I have lost like 95% of my boredom. And it doesn’t feel like agony anymore. I’ve even played video games for 3 hours today. I guess I am blessed to have this day. If it stays like this tomorrow(and it probably will). Then I’ll most likely feel ok for a long time until some jerk tries to make me go to the hospital again. I haven’t taken any medicine for 2 and half months because I don’t feel different after taking it and I intend to do so until I feel completely normal again. I think my SZ was caused by a physical illness as I have gotten improvements on it since I’ve been improving from the physical illness. I just have to wait till I start recovering again(usually this happens when my ‘Positive’ Symptoms come back).

I just finished playing with a friend for 20-30min. Cool that you don’t need meds.

Nice, yeah. That is a good thing. I feel extremely bored and dull when I’m on them(except for invega sustenna, which isn’t that bad)
