I don't know what to do

I have way too much free time. Just sitting around here waiting for the days to pass. Not much interests me and I feel depressed. Damn this illness sucks!

I totally get where you’re coming from. I feel much the same way. I spend a lot of time online, on this forum and watching Youtube videos. Nothing much interests me. Some people find happiness in volunteer work. Or exercise, going for a walk or a bicycle ride. Maybe someone else will have a better idea for you. Hope you feel better soon.

I do some exercise and it does help but it only takes an hour a day at most. Actually I just do it 2-3 times a week. Are you working disciple? I don’t have a job now except a little work online.

No i don’t work. I’m on disability.

I see. If I could get disability from the US and live in Thailand that would be great

Maybe you could step up your exercise regimen. Can you afford a gym membership? When I was exercising a lot and had a gym membership I sometimes would spend two and a half or three hours there. Most of that time was spent on cardio, really just rapid inclined walking on treadmills, but also some strength training and ab work. A good workout like that can leaving you feeling very good.

Could you do some volunteer work?

Yes, I go to the gym but usually spend about 1 hour there. I will work my way up gradually. I would love to volunteer but I’m living in Thailand now and my options are limited.

I also don’t have many friends here… But I have a nice girlfriend.

Do you like cooking? Or would you be interested in learning how to cook?

I don’t like cooking much but I really should learn how to cook a few more dishes. That way I could have something ready when my girlfriend comes home from work…

Do art (: see how great you can become. Read a book… see how many new things you can learn. Go to a bar maybe try to connect with someone new. There’s plenty to consider… be willing to humiliate yourself because good things can come from it.
