Hi! It’s been a long time since I last visited the forum. How is everyone doing?
I am struggling at the moment so I’m going through my “toolbox” looking for something that will help keep me from slipping into psychosis. My profile is a bit dated. But safe to say that I do see a doctor and a therapist regularly and I always take my meds. Right now I just feel off and am having intrusive scary thoughts. So anything to take my mind off of it is great!
Let’s see… I’m trying to think of something positive to share with you also. The only positive I have right now is that my apartment I’m going to rent will be ready soon. I’m really excited about that.

The short answer is that I hope my needs do not need tweeked. My life has been a bit of a turmoil lately but should settle down soon. Last I spoke with pdoc, we both agreed that I should wait out the turmoil to see if that was what was behind the increase in symptoms…
Ugh! I do not have a solid date, no. How did you know? Lol not having a solid date is one of the reasons I’m so stressed out! All I know is soon. Soon is great but I can’t really relax until I do have that date!
Crazy question: do you watch any tv? Like walking dead or game of thrones? Stranger things? Cobra kai? Just a few examples… The new Lord of the rings series?
Yes Yes yes I watch all of those and more. Those are just the most recent. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say the prime membership is worth it for the Lord of the rings. It is so good!
I really loved season 4 of stranger things too!
My all time favorite show is the walking dead. This is their last season tho. Last few episodes. I’m going to cry So hard when it’s over. Lol
