Take the dog on a long walk (cause she hasn’t been on a decent walk for days due to weather)

Cook a curry from scratch.

Do some laundry.

  1. Got a counseling appointment today and will probably talk more about DBT there
  2. Take a shower
  3. Doing a load or two of laundry

Also have to start to cut fluids today a bit since my polydipsia seems to be flaring up

i have my mums dog atm so i need to take her out and then have a coffee, later i take her back to my mums and then take my mum out, and tonight i want to hit the gym
