Tomorrow my GF is going out to eat with one of her daughters.
Which means I have to get up before she leaves so I can play my loud amp while she’s gone. :sunglasses:

Walk 2,000 steps
Change the guinea pigs’ litter
Fold the laundry someone put on top of the dryer (ugh! pet peeve of mine)

i will be greatful tonight to my dreams that they give me healing

  1. got to get a form filled out and mailed for my dad’s health insurance
  2. walk as much as I can
  3. get oil change for car

I got quite a bit done today probably because I slept 7 hours. I am trying to really cut my caffeine.

  1. If I start to feel better I’ll work on my kitchen.
  2. Watch something on Netflix or prime video.
  3. Eat something to see if it helps my nausea.
  1. Get over panic attack
  2. Stop visualizing people in my mind
  3. Stop thinking negative thoughts

It’s been a long day
Tonight:
Eat something healthy
Spend time with my husband… TV show
Keep house tidy

Volunteer work.

Buy soy milk.

Meet my father and his wife and possibly have dinner with them n my sister n her husband but I avoid my sister because I feel uncomfortable around her because she thinks she is superior me and that I m under her wing etc and I do not agree and take offence.

Tomorrow

  1. Get bloodwork done
  2. Pick up groceries
  3. Clean up in the kitchen/dishes
  4. Not give in to cravings

Go to the gym.

Visit my sacred neigh just to give her some banana.

Make love with the man I want as my boyfriend and maybe even more.
I told him about my herpes and hpv so I’m scared he won’t want to have sex with me.hope I become his girlfriend.wow!my heart.im so amazed to feel this way after only two dates.
