Anybody on lexapro? Any luck? What did it do for you? Any bad side effects?
My prescriber prescribed it to me and I’ve been hesitant to start taking it
I was on it a few years. No side effects is all i remember

Changed to sertraline. Hard to say.

Escitalopram I find as one of the best choices when it comes to SSRIs. It has relatively little side effects, has an anxiolytic profile of action. For me it didn’t really treat depression, but I was much more confident. Just once I started this, I had some serious headaches, had to take ketoprofen for a short while, but it has disappeared after one to two weeks and was just fine.

Cool cool, hope it does the same for me. I need a confidence boost. Did you notice any difference in energy?
Can’t be sure. I was in the psychiatric hospital at that time and I was pretty active as a chairman of the hospital (literally, I was so confident I volunteered myself), so yeah, there was no lack of energy for sure. But I was also taking pregabaline at the time, it also makes me energetic.
