Tai chi is something I’ve never really thought about doing however I’d love to learn judo or karate or something like that

I can’t do karate due to my heart condition also it would guaranteed break a lead in my defibrillator and I would die sadly I wanna learn self defence because it’s a good thing to know

I think that I may have settled in on doing my little form at least twice per day on most days, while reciting some parts of my roughly 1432 line wisdom-poem while doing it. Maybe 56 lines of the poem were written by other people.
