Super Stoked!

Thanks to @anon10627598 stating YMCA is included in his insurance for free, I decided to check if it is with mine. It is! The GREAT news is I can to a Tai Chi class called EnerChi once a week for free! Registration starts up again towards the end of the month. I plan to go.

I’m going to ask my husband to use their gym while I take my class to see if I can handle going alone. I sure hope I can. Back when I was doing martial arts, the men put cameras in and around the dojo to see if I could really do it if not. Then, the day they were watching live, I was super dizzy and had to leave. I never went back. I don’t want to be watched and judged. They were trying to see if I’m an agent.

Thanks @Wave

Yup @GrayBear . I used to do Tai Chi while learning Kung Fu at a Buddhist temple. (I’m not Buddhist but liked it there)
