this is awesome
Yes. I did a few sessions the last time I was in the hospital. It was a lot slower though.
I had been doing it up until last year. I need to get back to it.
I’m not graceful enough to do that. They’ve been trying to get me to do commercialized yoga for years. There is real yoga than commercialized. Only do the real one if you can find it. The other is just people watching us laughing.
And it’s not yoga it’s tai chi
I tried it. My memory or cognition is not good enough to remember the choreographed steps. I prefer yoga. There is less memory involved.
Tried Qigong from a book. Holding the balloon.
It is interesting. I can see why people like it.
I did qi gong and Thai chi and loved it but it depends on who the instructor is.
This was over twenty years ago I did it.
I did yoga but most yoga instructors don’t like me and I e only enjoyed it with one yoga instructor really and that’s a very experienced lady in Gothenburg.
Think it’s Gothenburg yoga centre or something like that n right in the centre of Gothenburg.
I gave that school a floral door hanging with dried flowers as a christmas gift I made.
I would love to do these things.
Don’t have qi gong and Thai chi near me and I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable as such with yoga I did locally.
I wish I found me a instructor that is perfect for me.
