hope your guys are doing fine. I’ve started taking B1 vitamins and a L-theanine compound made of 200mg of L-theanine and 25mg of Gaba. I sometimes take up to 5 * 100mg of B1 a day, and 2/3 * 250 compound L-theanine (through a product labelled Stress Support Day (there another version for Night). Results are quite good so far. I appreciate being able to play with the dosage. I try to integrate it in my routine, as if it was a structured activity capable of helping me structure my whole days. The plan right now revolve around taking 1 L-theanine + 1 B1 as some sort of 10h15 am ritual (adding some B1 with orange juice during the day) and taking another L-theanine around 6h30 pm. I also plan testing 4 L-theanine to start my day at some point, to check if it can quiet everything even more.
No miracle receipe here; but the effet aren’t negative for certain. It worth a try, and it didn’t cost me that much. The Stress Support Day formula, is made Jamieson - and I think, beside their for-night version, that they have another product that seems stronger. I’ll give it a check at some point.
