I seriously hate myself so much. I’m so angry about myself.
I am sure many schizophrenics hate themeselves just like me but I won’t harm myself bcz my parents will suffer. The same goes for you.

Tell yourself you are ok right now. You need to tell yourself that to settle it down and gain control. Can i ask what it is you hate?
Simple: I hate myself only. I love other people but I despise and I HATE HATE HATE myself.
I wish I can harm myself but I’m afraid of ending up in hell.
