Exercise! Stepping! I bought a four inch high, 21 inch long, flat, step platform from Amazon. I step onto it, and off of it, over and over, for ten minutes nonstop, three days a week.
Simple as pie but oh so effective for the legs, knees, thighs, hips, butt, belly and heart.
This exercise will be an adjunct cardiac workout to my yoga practice. I was starting to get really worn out from age and a lot of sitting. Thought I needed to add some aerobics.
It’s making me feel really good.
