I have been taking “Nature’s Trove” L-theanine for a while. It’s probably regarded as a poor quality supplement, but it’s having an effect on me that I like. It seems like it is loosening up my connective tissue. It is giving me suspicious aches and pains, but I’m attributing that to a change in my body alignment.
