I've changed from vegan to vegetarian

Meaning I’ll eat fish and turkey but still want to stay away from milk and eggs. My body craved the protein so I decided to go for it, at least for now.

I’m trying to be vegetarian, no meat at all, just dairy and eggs. Although eggs sort of gross me out usually

Technically fish isn’t vegetarian either… A lot of people get it wrong here in Germany :confused:

Been a veggie since 2009

I changed to veganism (skipped vegetarianism) about a week ago. Going well so far. My fiancée’s vegan, too, so she’s helping me stay on track and stay healthy.

I need to go on a vegetarian diet for a while to lose weight.

I’ve gone back to vegetarian. I was trying to avoid eggs, but I think I need them for the protein. other than that, no meat. I don’t consume milk as it causes me to get occasioinal acne pimple but I do have 4 or 5 servings of cheese a day which I can for whatever reason get away with. also im gluten free, I only consume rice as a grain and sometimes quinoa. im not celiac but whenever I consume breads, I get mucus stuck in my throat that I have to clear out. took me years to figure out what was causing it, but after a elimination diet I realized it was the wheat. had that problem all through high school when I was playing sports, I wish I would have known earlier to avoid wheat.
