Because I feel I can’t get adequate calcium.
I don’t want to eat handfuls of sesame seeds.
It hurts me.
So I might go back to yogurt. Yay. I guess.

I had been a vegan for 7 years.
It was easy.
Until one day i craved cheese.
And i succumbed.
No regrets.
I was vegan five years.
I’m not anymore.
I was vegan for a few years too. Meat free for over ten years. I’m now a omnivore because I wasn’t able to get enough protein and I was feeling really weak
It takes a lot of work and careful planning to be a successful Vegan
I was vegan for the better part of a year in the past. It was the most miserable time of my life and the promised health benefits did not materialise.
i can not blame you. greek has such a wonderful feta cheeses.
Haha yes.
I was ethically against meat consumption.
Now even if i love aninals,
I feel it’s natural for them to be eaten.
It didn’t for me either when I tried to go vegan.
It’s impossible without fortified foods but I don’t like those.
Yea I feel miserable too. And now I’ve got a fat flu.
In the summer!
Me neither. 15charcters
I just thought about you this lady on tv said she invented a new word chee-gan. It’s where you try to be vegan but you cheat.
I’m vegetarian , have always been , so is my family apart from my brother.
I tried to be vegan for a while now. I actually avoid dairy but I eat meat
How do you get calcium?
Honestly, I don’t know. I don’t think about it
Should I eat almonds?
I eat broccoli
(I looked it up)
I eat small amounts of lean pork, chicken but mostly fish and eggs for protein. I don’t eat much cheese but lots of yogurt. I eat tons of raw spinach and I put beans in everything. When I find them I eat wild mushrooms.
