I might change my mind about veganism

Because I feel I can’t get adequate calcium.

I don’t want to eat handfuls of sesame seeds.
It hurts me.

So I might go back to yogurt. Yay. I guess.

What’s your diet like?

I was vegan for a few years too. Meat free for over ten years. I’m now a omnivore because I wasn’t able to get enough protein and I was feeling really weak

I was vegan for the better part of a year in the past. It was the most miserable time of my life and the promised health benefits did not materialise.

I eat small amounts of lean pork, chicken but mostly fish and eggs for protein. I don’t eat much cheese but lots of yogurt. I eat tons of raw spinach and I put beans in everything. When I find them I eat wild mushrooms.
