I’m going to up my calories. For breakfast I will have a whole organic avocado. Instead of just half. Stuff like that.
I need to accept that I’m not going to loose weight so extremely fast anymore.

Idk if they have Weight Watchers available there… but it totally works if you stick to it and you don’t have to starve yourself… but it’s freakin $30 a month I’m pretty sure so idk if that’s something you’d wanna spend money on.

When I was fifteen I weighed around 100 lbs., did not seem to need to eat. I weighed 130 when I got sz. I think it’s a combination of meds and age that I suffer so when I fast. I suffered on Zyprexa and my new medicine doesn’t make me have an insatiable appetite. I’m sorry, I know zyprexa is very effective but there are other medications. I take a tiny dose today of zyprexa for sleep and it doesn’t affect my appetite but I take Latuda now.

I’ve been doing the same and I am diabetic. I started eating more and working out again. My mood has been better. Not great, but better.

Nope. I just eat healthy and watch the weighing scales to see mu body weight drop.
I tried that for ages and I realised the hard way that I don’t understand the calorific values of food enough for it to work. I find it so much easier seeing a hard number saying “you can eat X amount of calories for the rest of the day”. But maybe you have better knowledge than me

I think when you eat only wholesome foods there’s no need to worry about counting calories as long as you eat what looks like diet level amounts of food… Not anorexic level amounts though.

I’m 20 years old with a fast metabolism, and I also need to eat a lot to satisfy my hunger, I use peanut butter and olive oil a lot to help me with that
