I am not a doctor. There are no doctors posting here that I’m aware of. There are Internet strangers here in varying degrees of health. If you have a chance to get treatment from a real doctor, you should give his/her advice much more weight than the advice you read here.

The only reason I am asking is because I am afraid a pdoc will jump straight to a sz diagnosis and put me on meds. but what if it is something other than sz - you know, some kind of medical condition. Should I see one now or should I wait until I get a better idea of what exactly is going on?
Doctors these days worry more about treating the symptoms than labelling them. If you are exhibiting symptoms of psychosis, there’s a good chance you’ll be put on meds for this. SZ labels generally aren’t handed out in a hurry as they have to observe the symptoms in you over a certain amount of time. They also have to rule out other things like being poisoned with a heavy metal, brain damage, or a brain tumour.
The good news is this: If you have SZ, the sooner you start treatment the better your prognosis. The bad news is that the longer you avoid treatment the worse your eventual outcome will be. Seeing a a pdoc, soonest, is the best first step you can take.

Noticed a lot of the people who got into relationship at first sign of psychosis, faired bettered. (THIS WAS SOLUTION TO CRAZY STARTING IN SOME PLACES.) These managed to maintain job, company around kept away the social problems, maintained social contacts, worries about security in housing/belongings. Lots of these relationships had someone try to pick them up by talking about something private at the person who was first experiencing psychosis (thought broadcaster). Man walks up to you and starts to talk to you like a parrot of your own thoughts can happen…Some of these are good fixups but most of these time, these people hear the voices too and will become unstable overtime or desperate so they are ‘conditional’ – will play you or dump you eventually especially the males. Other people get weirdos…Recommend talking to a few of these at first signs of paranoia and see if it’s a normal or a kook. These ALWAYS know a lot about coping, the area, who to avoid, the good people if the person is a professional or college graduate…These relationships can last for years but sadly I can report if family turns to church to keep their children okay or network through churches in messed up job market, it has been causing a lot of breakups of relationships. My WACKO city with lots of churches telling their people to harass anyone on disability after mental care or just disabled person without visible problem. Got lots of ‘Christians’ here who will mess up people and businesses, is good time to think about moving when you don’t like what you see of the church’s elders or peoples, or you will be asked to do a lot of questionable stuff eventually and very troublesome to try leaving after this point…(These situations can be really NORMAL if other does not call you a mental case or insist something is wrong, this would be an abuser trying to pick up victim.) Some people who only met weirdos need to go back to old friends you knew were okay or ask for setups from normals.
There is REALLY hard scam in some small poor communities and the hood if female moved there alone…Someone will just try to use your check…Some areas had multiple women take same job in country, someone managed to get her called nuts (even hearing voices a little), put on disability and drug dealers/wrong people used them. Some are even latching onto women and forcing the trapped woman (even marries) with no family nearby to do swinger clubs. If you move somewhere alone where you don’t know anyone, can fall prey to this worse. Some of the men who tried to move alone have had all belongings busted and left broke, cars ruined, jobs…want to see what kind of thug you will be. Additionally, hood has a scam to keep you trapped inside the house while terrorized by neighborhood and guy has his family who is CNA babysit you, get paid by govt…this would be miserable too…Would recommend risperdal consta if you end up in trouble, at least you don’t get pregnant if you use the shots on time. Moving anywhere near a small community with lots of Section 8 causes lots of desperation, would try to keep to better burbs of city if female wants to live alone. SOME OF THE POOR CHURCHES ARE TELLING THEIRS THEY HAVE TO SCREW THEIR OWN FAMILY WHO GOT INTO MENTAL CARE, IF YOU ARE BEING FORCED TO CHECK OUT CHURCH KNOW THESE PEOPLE WILL USUALLY SCREW UP EMPLOYER/CUSTOMERS TOO…I would be looking for an out like legal trouble for relationship or apartment through mental clinic.
Also know some women who latched onto guy she did not know to ‘leave something wrong’ areas ended up with wife beaters. Some communities make it so hard to leave these guys, he could kill their children before the woman could get away because she was on disability. Cops usually locked up mom in prison too…If you end up like this, ask friends, neighbors, family to complain to cops and DA, keep copies of the emails to go to cops as soon as the guy does anything wrong to you/kids and it’s obvious.
Rest are customary delusions. Try to discuss thought broadcasting and mental care calls this delusional because it is against policy to discuss it. Why don’t you look up targeted individual which is delusional too and see what other people are talking about in the 1 million Google hits. Will help you adjust…Remember, if you get angry with mental care, you get locked up at your own expense in hospital. Just keep cool, they won’t talk about much that is useful sometimes, may like seroquel to use to sleep at 50mg cut up at night is easy med to stand with few side effects. Will keep the mental care satisfied as long as you readjust to stuff…You know, look up Snowden too. He is CIA employee who ran off with bunches of computer records showing govt watching every thought millennial age ever had, every cell phone text and everything they did…Older folks were not bothered as much, was more about work productivity, now lots about just satisfying sickos.
NOT DELUSIONAL:
Computer can be hacked, back accounts illegally accessed… Use ATM at night and get killed…The TV and radio anchors, anything with money may screw you and will definitely say something rude, even on live TV or radio. Some just listen to MP3 and Tv is pre-recorded from internet. Church can be trouble as no one knows right from wrong…these are more likely to be nuts any longer and just being okay, no matter what.
Treat the lady good and see what she says is my suggestion.
