I’d like to have some place to do pull ups. I don’t think I could do 1 now. It would be nice if at the park I go to that they had a pull up bar. I always feel my lats and they are all squishy plus shirts fit differently when those muscles are larger.
If you want to work out, you should work out all your muscles. Asymmetrical muscles look funny.
I do push ups every couple of days. I don’t have any place to do dips either. Are those 3 exercises combined what you are talking about. What else can I do without a gym?
Practical things - im busy sorting out years and years of mess. I need to move in a week. I’d like 1 cleaning lady/guy and 2 nice, strong, handsome men to carry my furniture down three stairs and into my new house. One of them i’d like to keep, please. He can do my garden, my finances, my chores and go out dancing with me.
Less practical - a cure for cancer. In time to heal my mum.
Hmm…sorry…i was just answering the question. I know disappointingly little about pull ups. Go climbing! Thats much more fun and you will train loads of muscles!
I have a no equipment full-body workout that I do on vacation and when the gym is closed. It’s not perfect, but it does the job. 7 exercises for the upper body the first day and then 6 exercises for the legs and stomach the second day. I’m sure you could find something like this online.
Right now I could use a pain pill.
My tooth is killing me.
I’ve taken enough ibuprofen to kill a horse.
I do have my vision set on what I want when I move…
I want a leisure centre down the road lol I mean literally would be nice where there is a swimming lane open all day,
I want it to be live in landlord with their partner so it’s not just two of us but not too many either is good.
I want good transportation links, not train, I want buses and underground.
The list goes on…
I am content today.
im not sure what I want…but im missing something. If I had to say one thing I would probably say, security for the future. like plenty of money or something. im worried what will become of me when my parents pass on.
o and I can do pullups on my squat rack. I used to also have a portable pullup bar that mounted on a door frame. maybe you could get one of those. I don’t know? my high in pullups was 18 reps about 10 years ago. I used to be able to add weight and still do like 10. I could probably only do 4 or 5 reps now.
one of these
Man you must have one huge squat rack.
yeah it’s pretty legit. can’t remember how much it cost me. I bought it about 2 or 3 years ago when I had some extra money. it’s a squat rack/with bench and leg lift extension. it’s probably 7-8 ft. tall with a bar across at the top that was designed for pullups. it’s like one of those cage things. don’t really know how to describe it.
this is basically the same as the one in my garage.
Yeah that’s what I used for pull ups when I used to go the gym. The other pull bars weren’t high enough off the ground.

I like it to be a little taller than the doorway. It says it holds 300 lbs. I’m 280. Thanks anyways.
I hope to have a happy and long life.
That is a great idea. An outdoor gym but nothing that would be a liability. A bar here a bar there. Kids get jungle gyms, why not us???
I would really like a female companion that I am attractive to.
I want my pet tortoise.
