Doctor suggested me to eat salad 2 hours before the dinner because of my diabetes. It’s good to eat apples.

I ate Six Large organic apples today!!!

I’m not kidding, fruit is addictive to me and I get withdrawal symptoms when I don’t eat like at least 6 of them!!

Maybe it has to do with the fructose

And my body type.

Try eating lean protein with the 1st apple and then wait 20 minutes and see if you’re satiated.

I heard there’s no difference to normal sugar, vitamins are okay I think, but in some way it sound unhealthy besides you’re fasting

Yeah probably nothing wrong with fruit that’s true. But for me, it’s addictive, I get horrible withdraw symptoms

Yes. Usually things like salad vegetables. I think some things like steak are, but they might have just been on the diet.

I believe a person can get addicted to anything so it’s possible to be addicted to fruit.

@Zoe You could try limiting your apple consumption to 3 a day and replace some apples with other fruits and even vegetables. Vegetables aren’t nearly as addictive as fruit.

I got cravings for 100% fruit juices everytime I have drunken it
