Doctor suggested me to eat salad 2 hours before the dinner because of my diabetes. Itās good to eat apples.
I ate Six Large organic apples today!!!
Iām not kidding, fruit is addictive to me and I get withdrawal symptoms when I donāt eat like at least 6 of them!!
Maybe it has to do with the fructose
And my body type.
Try eating lean protein with the 1st apple and then wait 20 minutes and see if youāre satiated.
Theyāre called catabolic foods. Thereās others.

I heard thereās no difference to normal sugar, vitamins are okay I think, but in some way it sound unhealthy besides youāre fasting

Yes. Usually things like salad vegetables. I think some things like steak are, but they might have just been on the diet.
Oh yeh I remember reading about that with regards to celery.
I believe a person can get addicted to anything so itās possible to be addicted to fruit.
@Zoe You could try limiting your apple consumption to 3 a day and replace some apples with other fruits and even vegetables. Vegetables arenāt nearly as addictive as fruit.
