This made me overwhelmed
Months i am like that dont know what to do ?

I would talk with your doctor. It’s hard to say. Could be depression or meds or both. Good luck to you

I am sleepy during the day. I think it’s the meds since I’m not in a bad mood.

I’m always sleepy, but I have to take 30 mg of Haldol, so yeah…

normal if you are on meds.

I’m always tired too. I was recently diagnosed with UARS. If you are tired throughout the day you should talk to a doctor to get treated or change meds. The sooner the better. I have been waiting almost half a year but still have 2-3 months before I can get my fatigue treated -_-
