Is it never a stable life for people with SZ?

I seen so many people on this site who did well for a long period of time having problem Recently even when they are very cooperative and took their meds

Does relying on taking meds everyday for decades and not make changes help?Or will us,people with SZ will never enjoy a stable life?:persevere:

Sorry if you find this post, negative but I am just concern as I am also diagnosed with SZ

For me I get these periods of normal for maybe 4 weeks out of a year where I feel normal. Basically no symptoms and then I’ll think I’m ‘cured’ but then the symptoms creep back and I realise this is a life long battle.

I’ve been stable this past few months, struggling less with my mixed episodes. Hope it stays this way

I’ve been on medication since 1963, but every decade or so, I seem to fall into psychosis. I just feel agitated all the time.
