Is Invega a bad med?

I’m not. My doc is planning to do that idk why

You seem to change meds every other month. Either your shrink is a total plonker or your fabricating it a bit.

Seriously - stick to the drugs you are on.

the meds ain’t fully working

Your meds are probably not working, because you expect it to cure 100% of your symptoms. Any drug you are given, is meant to work ALONGSIDE, you developing coping stratagies for yourself.

You take care mate. I dont mean to sound so harsh. But you have a lovely life ahead of you - if you just adjust your thinking.

Get out of the “IM ILL” attitude - and grow some insight and recover.

I know your only young - but it does get easier as you get older.

I have insight already hun

Invega was terrible for me. I couldnt sleep, was more paranoid, and couldnt speak. It was weird.

Yeah. Ive heard that too. Common was Restless legs. Any drug recommeded here - you have to take with a pinch of salt. What may suit you - may very well arse someone else up lol.

Everyone is different. Suits me personally tho. But to be honest - it always been a nightmare, whatever side of the pond your on - to finally find a med that works for you.

Trouble is - some people give it literally weeks, before they allow it to work properly - hence they slag the drug off, and proceed to move to the next one lol.

Invega was overall more bad than good. Bad was the immediate restlessness and rocking back and forth. Erectile and ejaculatory function and wieght gain and health deterioration mostly cardiovascular. The good was that being tranquiluzed helped me live at home with annoyances, work without being reactive to annoyances. That’s it. I never really ‘suffered’ from mental ills. Off it now.
