Abilify has over 90% d2 occupancy which also depends on the dose I had much less negative symptoms on Abilify i was able to work full time eventhough it has higher d2 occupancy than my current med risperidone. Partial agonists are known to be better for negatives, thats what my dr told me.

The doctors gave me haldol when I was hospitalized. Nothing changed, I felt the same as I did with vraylar now.

Yes, I feel much better. My social and cognitive functionality improves substantially. I’m better in everything. The problem is that after months I have a psychotic break. Then I go back to the medication again.

Same for me, off meds was better than any med. But eventually got psychosis.

Fortunately, new antipsychotics are coming to the market. I only have to wait approximately 1 and a half years. But this is suffered a lot.

i will do a therapie for rest symptoms. i hope it works. people with low dose or no medication got a better outcome. I read this in a book by Peter Gotzsche

may i can ask how old are you now and when did you have your first episode?
I’m doing better right now on low dose of clozapine
I very rarely forget to take my dose but when I do, I feel more refreshed the next morning, and cognitive function way better!
The only problem is, I have a horrible night of sleep.
I usually know when I skipped my dose usually a couple hours into sleep lol
