I eat two cans of tuna per day, totaling 60 grams of protein, is this enough protein.
aren’t you body building atm? I don’t think that is enough to promote muscle growth but google can find out for you.
Yea i cant afford whey protein its too expensive, On google is say for man its 56 grams a protein a day.
I have heard before that if your trying to build muscle, you need to eat 1 gram of protein for each pound you weight.
i just want to maintain my muscle, just lose body fat. thats all. I dont want to be too big, just better shape.
Get a physical job. That made me a lot fitter
i cant work right now, im anxiety and paranoid thought issues i have to work on.
Well, if you do find you start working again, it’s a great distraction much of the time as it will keep your mind occupied, and you’ll be in a routine using ‘autopilot’ to do tasks.
I find when I am doing ok, work actually helps a lot.
Not so much of a fan of money. I think this is an extremely poor motivator that has been made necessary as you can’t live a decent life without it
I want to work in the future parttime thats one of my goals and have my own place too, i just have to work on my anxiety and paranoids thoughts first, if i conquer them im good.
Just a good deal on protein powder 68 servings for 25 dollars not bad.

I think you’re supposed to take 1g/kg of weight. If heavy lifting 1.2g/kg. Thats what I remember from my university courses but it was many years ago.
Online they say its 0.8g/kg of weight.
that is probably enough to be healthy, personally i shoot for 100 grams of protein a day, when im working out, which is on the low side. i saw a youtuber who is a nutritionist and shredded and he says he only eats about 60 grams of protein a day, but you have to meet your calorie requirements to have his kind of physique. he is also shorter guy. i’ll just live with my body, whatever it looks like with 100 grams of protein instead of the 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, which would have me eat 150 grams of protein a day.
60 grams protein is the bare minimum if you aren’t active. a gram per kilogram of weight sounds about right. id do it per based on the weight you want to weigh also, not what u actually weigh
But Body cant take process to much protein at once though. I read at a nutrition book. Moderate protein is the best. Plus too much protein is bad for the liver.
Most official nutritional organizations recommend a fairly modest protein intake.
The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) is 0.36 grams of protein per pound (0.8 grams per kg) of body weight.
when i use take 150 grams i use have bad stomach aches.
for health reasons you should also eat seeds, nuts, beans, milk and eggs. all great sources of protein with lots of minerals. oat bran is also great in that regard.
I love nuts, i eat almonds and peanuts. No dirty jokes okay lol.
If you get more protein than you need your body will just probably burn that excess protein as energy, which probably isn’t the best way to get energy. A lot depends on your activity levels.
