Is 60 grams of protein enough per day

also it will turn into fat too thats what i read in nutrition book. Im feel good on 60 grams of protein.

im 260lbs im fat lol, haha only 30-45 minutes. But i feel good.

u should eat like 100+ grams protein i think. 60 is kinda low u dont want to lose muscle

Lots of things we eat have protein, are you just calculating the protein from tuna? You just eat tuna?

You said you eat peanuts/almonds those have lots of protein too. Milk and eggs have lots of protein too.

Different people need different substances in their bodies. The first day I hauled hay in high school the guy helping me load would drink two sixteen oz bottles of ice water per load. So I did the same. I started to get this really horrible feeling, and I was saying “This hauling hay is bad.” The next day I realized my mistake, and I drank much less ice water. I was fine the whole day. That was when I realized people need different amounts of different things in their bodies.

i dont eat peanuts and almonds all the time, o yea i drink milk too. thats extra 10 grams of protein okay.

I drink alot fluids, i get dehydrated very easily because of my weight.

Tuna has a lot of mercury in it. 3 cans a day is too much. In fact, 2 cans a day is too much. It’ll build up in your system and cause you lots of problems

Yes. That’s about right. Adult men need about 56 grams. Women about 46 grams.

I buy canned light tuna, its very low in mercury.

I went to bodybuilding.com used the protein calculator, its say i need 207 grams on protein for maintenance this cant be right. How im i going to get 200+ protein a day. I dont believe it.

Too much protein is bad for the liver snd kidneys. I used to take too much protein and got liver problems in blood tests. Dr asked me if I am taking protein supplements

Just take 90-100g as this is recommended for your weight.
