Invega Sustenna. Have you tried?

Hey all. My anti psychotic has been invega sustenna. The shot every 3 months. I still get paranoid at times and it seems like my depression is worse and anxiety is high. Has anyone found a better AP than this?

I liked that with Invega susstena I had energy. But I’m on Haldol now.

The shot every 3 months is Invega Trinza, just so you know.

I start getting that too, around the 2nd month.

Its just something you have to live with until your body becomes adjusted to the medication.

Ive never tried or been offered. I was off my med for a year and sort of flipped out and quit my job. Later i was hospitalized. I am on 5mg haloperidol at the moment it works really well for me although i think alot of people hate it. I do not feel real sedated although i believe i have brain damage from some sort of meds or the effects long term. It sucks but at least im alive lol

Im on invega trinza i get paranoid pretty easily but no anxiety and im tired all the time

I also get paranoid easily. That’s why I’m wondering if I should try something else. My quality of life right now isn’t great

What dose are you on? Alot of my paranoia went away when i went up to the 819mg dose

Invega works for me in terms of reducing symptoms, but my physical health is below average now whereas before I was above average in terms of body fat and cardio and stuff.

Been on invega trenza , always fatigue but keeps my symptoms in check.

I was on Invega sustenna and hated it after a year. After 2 years on it I switched to Aristada and felt much better.

It’s ok. It helps a ton with certain issues but not with others.

I literally got my injection today. I think it is better than clozapine because i have the cognitive faculties to think my way out of the delusions I suffer from and the clarity to function relatively normally without too many side effects. I’ve been on a lot of different meds and i’d say it is the best out of all of them.
