I really want it done. Basically is a diagonal piercing on the upper part of ear. I have a nose stud but that’s traditionally acceptable so family did not mind. I had my first ear piercing at 9 months old. But this my family would freak out about. Of course at 30 I’m going to get it done anyway
Just keep in mind that it may interfere with your employment prospects.

Other factors to consider though.
When I got this job I first went in with a clear retainer on my nose To hide it. But a lot of people had them so I went with my stud. But this since it’s my ear and I always have them covered with my hair I thought it would be OK.
