When I was young my mother told me that the red coloring to meat was dye. One time my aunt brought a roast to a holiday meal. It was rare. It was the first time I saw rare meat. I said to her look at all the dye. She said that’s blood. I said why would there be blood. She explained. That’s when I realized meat was dead animals. I know, I know, I wasn’t very bright. I just never knew. I didn’t eat meat for a long time. I’ve been thinking about going vegetarian. I already know I can live without meat. I’m going to need a lot of recipes. I think it will be great. What do you think?

I make a mean Mac and cheese dish. I kept changing the recipe until I got it just right. It’s really yummy, but also unhealthy so I make it like twice a year.
Pork chops in Thailand look and taste different than they do in America. I really liked them. They tasted kind of like a ham.
oh no! That reminds me, I really love ham. What will I do if I don’t have ham?
I’m thinking the same thing. Except I’ll use dairy products or I will eventually quit if I don’t

This time. And even if I occasionally eat a piece a meat like once a month or so then I think I’d still be ok.
