How to get rid of paranoid thoughts

I’m taking my meds already but the thoughts won’t go away

I have no idea.
Distract yourself maybe

What are you paranoid about! and change that.

They may never go away - you may have to learn to live with them.

The meds gave me the ability to recognize the paranoid thoughts as just harmless ideas that I could ignore. Couldn’t have gotten past them without the medications as the paranoia was part of my delusional landscape.

Calm down just asking!

That was a polite and calm response. Would you like me to demonstrate the difference for you?

I was as you say brain dead as a result of 18 year of meds so who would want to be in this cabbage situation. As that’s all that happens over the long term recipients.

I’m married with a kid and a career. Living a good life.

Maybe the problem is you?

You could be just deluded right now.

Ik. Taking your comment at face value, i can see why you’d hate meds. I’m also a hater of antipsychotics. But- they saved my mind nd brought me back from psychosis.

I used them until I could get by without. But not everyone can. There’s a olace for their use.

I’m going to forgo the usual auto suspension and ask you why you reached this point. Do you still seek help? Have you searched for a decent pf9c or therapist? I’ve experienced sh1tty ones and it can be difficult to get into a good relationship with mental health professionals.

Thank you for your intelligence and kindness.

You’re welcome. I’m thinking you hae to have a reason to be so against psychiatrists and meds. Bad experience can do that.

But if you’re open to advice and follow our rules, maybe we can help. Even include med free applications

I’m still being harassed and gaslite though. that’s reality.

You believe you are. That’s your reality.

There’s things you can do to get out of that reality of yours.

Yeah I’ve seen it in front of me!

When you’re sz you need to apply reality checks.
