Thanks. I think vitamin D and B-vitamins are most notable from these studies.
I’ve been taking vitamin D for a long time which I think definitly helps against intruding thoughts, but I’m going to experiment more with B-vitamins in the time to come to see if there are benefits.

Very interesting. My pdoc from 3 pdocs ago prescribed me a multivitamin, 5000 units D3, and B1 100mg, all daily. Maybe he was onto something, he phrased them “support vitamins”.
