I think so many people want me dead, that someone might pull a stunt.
I don’t care what happens to me, but I’m worried about family members. Do you think this concern is legitimate? Or just part of my delusion?
I think they are safe as long as you get the help you need…this is getting really old trying to reason with you…I think I’m done anyways…as far as the patient, caring other members of this forum want to deal with your delusions so be it…you need help and still haven’t gotten it.
I went to Emergency a few days ago. I’m still wearing the Hospital bracelet for good luck. I was sent home with anti-psychotic pills and sleep meds.
I’m just not sure if my concern is legitimate or not. I’m diagnosed with ‘delusions of reference’ and ‘delusions of persecution’.

Definite delusion. You’ll be fine. Your family will be fine as long as you don’t act on your impulses related to your delusions. I really think you need a brief stay in a hospital, man. If you’re not going to get treated at a hospital, here’s my next best advice:
- No radio.
- No television/Netflix/whatever else that’s related.
- Stay off Youtube as it also obviously triggers you.
- Read a book (if it doesn’t trigger you), pet a cat, drink some tea.
- Spend time with family, play a board or card game.
- Keep coming back here and sharing.
