What does it look like??

Today I’m starting a diet, for realz. If anything just until next weekend when I go to my friends. I’ve gained 10 pounds in the last couple/few months🙃

Well that’s a good idea! That honestly didn’t cross my mind, I was just gonna limit my intake

If you have a smartphone you can download a calorie counting app. There’s 100s of them so you should hopefully find one that suits you.

I might just do a fruit, vegetable, chicken breast and boiled egg diet lol

i just eat one protein bar and can tuna, two glasses of vegetable juice day, thats my diet.

A 150 calories protein bar for breakfast. Then 5 calories/140g noodles with BBQ chicken breast or pork filet, soy or Thai sauce with hot sauce. This is either for dinner or supper. Then I eat whatever my mother makes. I also just started using Splenda 0 calories sweetener instead of sugar in coffees and teas. At night I don’t eat after 5-6pm, sometimes cucumber, lettuce, cauliflower, blackberries, raspberries.

Are you eating fruits and veggies?

Yes, cauliflower, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. Also Metamucil Fiber, multivitamin, fish oil supplements.

I’m following the recommendations on the LifeSum app. Weight up a few pounds today, I’m not thrilled. Going for walkies shortly and trying to dial it back. Probably switching back to MyFitnessPal. Lunch will be a salad and that’s it. Supper will be roasted cauliflower and pepper soup with one slice of toast and more salad. Less than 1500 calories per day.

Sometimes I do have a small piece of chocolate but not daily. I think this helps me stick to my diet so its not an extreme unsustainable diet. I have been skipping breakfast for 3 months. Its working. I lost 23lb but its slow now. I need to exercise but can’t due to negative symptoms. Only way I can be healthy is my diet. I don’t mind being overweight unless I get high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

I fit unhealthy foods like pizza or hot dogs into my calories once a week. I agree it helps me to stick with the diet

I broke the self-promise that i shouldnt do too rigorous diets and started a (ridicuously strict) few foods diet. It is an elimination diet that helps ADD. I secretly hope it also helps the ptsd and depression and pms and all the other stuff a bit.

Glad your diet is going well. I haven’t done any cardio all week, and today I had a whole pack of oreos double cream, and 4 oreo icecream sandwiches. I still haven’t bought the zero calorie noodles yet either.

I’m certain calories from food is more important than exercise when it comes to weight loss.

I do Intermittent fasting. I try not to eat after 6 or 7. and sometimes I do long fasts… 3 days or so.

On Monday I’m going to start a juice fast… green juices, etc… more greens than fruits.
