It’s 10pm, and I managed to stick to my diet today. Now if I just don’t binge eat this evening. My psychiatric care provider had pizza for lunch. As best as I could determine it was 640 calories of my 1400 daily. My primary care physician messaged me back this morning, and she said 1400 calories a day with a 2lb a week loss was okay with her. So I’m going to stick with it. If I lose more than 2lb, I’ll adjust my calories up from what the weight loss calculator said.

Good luck! You can do this. If you get hungry after the 1400 drink water, and eat cucumbers or lettuce. Your body will adjust to the lower calorie amount. Just make sure you’re getting protein throughout the day

I had a protein bar for breakfast, and a veggie burger for dinner.
They didn’t fix the elevator today, so it looks like Friday before I can get some more groceries. Hopefully they will fix it tomorrow.
That’s a good start. Tuna is good, nonfat plain Greek yogurt, chicken, beef, eggs… try to add more protein to your diet. It’ll help you feel full
