Does the weather have any impact on your moods? If you get manic, what months? If you feel normal moodwise, when? If you get down, what time?
I usually get down over winter… right now I feel ok, relaxed, calm…

Well my diagnosis is probably incorrect i dont have bi polar symptoms usually and the weather has nothing to do with my mood. Im a happy guy normally and usually up or neutral mood.
Yes definitely have noticed the weather, moon cycles and atmosphere affect my moods. Its called seasonal affective disorder though. I dont know that I have Bipolar but i do get manic. I always feel better in spring and summer, then fall I feel mellow, then october winter I feel horrible and get really dark…but I love warm weather, the rain always seems to happen when Im sad or emotional. Full moons always seem to keep me awake or irritable at night. Snow makes me feel paranoid, upset, think of death too much.
and same right now I am relaxed, calm, feel more lucid than normal
The weather has no impact on my moods. It could be a lovely summer day and i could feel like death. Or a stormy rainy day and i just love everything enjoy getting soaked and being cold.
Really my moods have no connection to weather unlike someone who has seasonal affective disorder
I am sza, bipolar type. My mood seems to thrive on the changing of the weather patterns and seasons. The crazier the cold or stormy weather, the calmer and more tranquil I become. The more constant the sun and intense heat, the more depressed and suicidal I stay.
Yes, the dark days of December and January especially makes me more depressed.
I also feel more down on cloudy or rainy days.
Bright sunny days during the Summer months can trigger some mania.
I’m an Ultradian cycler.
