Severely. Sunny and warm = happy and energetic Ninjastar. Cold and dark = everything is awful and I hate the world.

Hot - moody and irritable
Thunderstorms - terrified
Rain - lazy and down
Sunny - happy
Windy - moody
Etc etc

when i psychotic in 2010 I said to my pdoc my moods are like the weather it keeps changing

When psychotic I thought the sun was shining brighter thn usual cos of my good mood…so I was causing shifts in weather pattern…I think this is a pretty common thing for peoope to believe when psychotic

I think I am happiest when it is raining the most. There is nothing better than being stuck inside listening to the rain bash against your window with a cup of coffee and chilling on your computer.

Yes it does wintery and cloudy rainy days I’m just lay around. Sunny and warm days I find I’m more energized and get things done.
To the extreme. I’m always amazed that I survive winter. I’m so glad spring is here.

My mood does better with a climate of the changing seasons of Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, rather than rainy and dry seasons.
