Getting more paranoid as the days are getting shorter

I’m noticing that my moods are getting darker as the days are getting shorter and darker.
I don’t think it’s depression but who knows I could be wrong.

Just feeling more paranoid and full of doom and gloom.

Maybe it’s time to break out the light box.

I will discuss it with her next time I see her.

I’ve been going for short walks outside during the day.

It’s very common for people with mood disorders to be affected by the seasonal changes. You’re sza aren’t you?

I have noticed the same kind of feelings lately, as well. I also have a prescribed light box and might have to break it out. Good luck to you

I am also feeling more paranoid lately. I didn’t think of it as being related to weather but what do I know. I’m afraid to walk down the street. But I do love nature

Me too. Definitely talk to your pdoc about it. Hope the walks help and you get to feeling better soon.

Can you call your pdoc? I have an appointment in 1.5 weeks to 2 weeks. They raised the haldol once last appointment

Yeah I may call her or text her soon.
Because I can unravel quickly if I’m not careful.

Thanks @cbbrown

I don’t get SAD, but I’m not keen on the days getting shorter.

I always get worse during the colder months. I hate being outside in it too.
