I’m fed up of this …I feel great for a day I think I’m out of it and think I’m better. I couldnt sleep properly last night and I feel ■■■■ now. I can’t even concentrate and I’m super anxious.
I’ve been really nervous lately too for no reason. I hope you feel better and calmer soon!
Do you think it’s still weather-related? The days are starting to get longer again. You’re through the worst of it.
Ish I hope you get to feeling better. I know I don’t talk to you much but it’ll be alright. Hugs
We’re expecting snow tonight so possibly. I’m just really exhausted now.
Can you look at the forecast to plan ahead for these moods? You know it will snow tonight. So if it continues tomorrow, you’ll probably have another low day. When is the next sunny day? See if you can take a nice walk outside then. It might help you. And remember, winter is almost over. You’ll probably have another 4-6 weeks of dealing with this, then you’ll start to feel better. This isn’t forever, it just feels that way.
Tomorrow looks to be "mostly sunny " according to Google. Hopefully it will be a better day if I am right and this is weather related. I find this so weird.
Also hoping me thinking it’s weather related isn’t psychosis.
The weather destroys me, too. I live in a place with extreme weather, so I get extreme moods. Try to get out in that sun. And maybe ask your doctor/nurse to test you for vitamin D deficiency. It’s a serious issue in the winter where I live.
I have that as I’m South Asian its more common. I taking booster doses once a week to try and up my levels to see if it helps.
Try a full spectrum light bulb in a lamp. I did and it helps some.
I’m sorry @anon80629714 I hate the cold and darkness increases my anxiety
I had that for a few weeks it wore off very quickly and I can’t keep using for risk of mania
Yes, bipolars run the risk of triggering mania with halogen lamps.
I get weather related problems, too. I do exercise indoors to help. I just walked up and down the hallway 20 times. That’s just light exercise, but it gets the blood circulating.
Oof my weather-related mood issues are bad today. I’m a total cranky-pants.
Sorry to hear. That sucks really. All I can recommend is wrap yourself up in a blanket and read, watch TV, whatever you want, or take a hot bubble bath. I hope the weather calms down; you deserve a break.
