I’m not sure if nicotine is a supplement or not. Thanks for the reply.
Actually, I would switch Taurine for Sarcosine. But sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Multivitamin
Vitamin D3
EPA Fish Oil
Fish Oil, Vitamin D, B complex
Thank you, man!
A multivitamin without iron, fish oil, and a nootropic. I’d hate to give up my CBD but, there you have it.
If I could add another, I’d add acidophilus or another probiotic supplement.
Metagenics DHA 600 (omega-3 marine lipids)
Metagenics D3 Liquid (vitamin D3)
Researched Nutritionals Tri-Fortify (liposomal glutathione)
Chewable/flavoured vitamin C (because that stuff tastes like CANDY)
Those gummy bear multi vitamins (because that stuff tastes like CANDY)
Omega 3 (because that stuff makes your hair and skin GLOW)
Sarcosine, L-Theanine, and L-Tyrosine. Sarcosine helps with my negative symptoms along with L-Theanine which has a synergistic effect. L-Tyrosine converts into dopamine in the brain and gives me a euphoric feeling and also helps with my symptoms.
Multivitamin
High dose fish oil
That’s all.
I won’t take a herb because they are untested and could interfere with my meds
My GP told me he thought vitamin C and vitamin D are very important.
Is there research on bacopa and schizophrenia? What is it supposed to do? Do you know what neurotransmitters it works on?
My top 3 are sarcosine, niacin, fish oil.
I think Bacopa is good for schizoaffective disorder. It really helps my mood.
I also just tried N Acetyl Cysteine and thinks it’s more important than Sarcosine.
I just take vitamin b12
I guess if I could only take one supplement it would be NAC. Good stuff. I felt like I was being controlled before. Not anymore.
NAC is great. Cysteine helps produce Glutathione which is the master anti oxidant. However you need ALA as a vital cofactor. The bio availability of NAC is not good ( see below - around 5-10%) so the best MOA is sublingual (apart from IV or IM which is difficult to arrange) …so dissolve in water and SLOWLY drink …or put a little under your tongue.
What is ALA?..
