One of the things I’ve studied and have experimented with is the double bind.

The double bind in psychology is basically a moral and a logical wrong where if you do the moral thing, it is illogical, and thus it is bad for you. If you do the logical thing, it is immoral…or at least that’s what you think.
If there is a telepathic organ, and if the universe is supernatural like sci fi fables tell us, then…
…there is an obvious double bind which is “schizogenetic.”
Schizogenetic means “split and product of.” In other words it causes a split of the mind where the mind assumes that its mental abilities are not of its own self, so therefore the mind is of 2 or more selves. This is an informational state. This is not literal state. It’s kind of like dividing up a DVD or a Hard Drive into separate partitions. They are still one, but informationally they are divided up into 2 or more.
The telepathy and/or supernatural double bind entrains the mind to believe that it is always in a state of checking mental emails, mental chat windows, and always in the mental and external Truman Show where the mind’s thoughts, and the body’s actions are always being watched and recorded.
Naturally if the mind is in a schizo state and in a Truman Show state, then there is a lot of social going on.
Any time there is anything socially going on there is something moral and/or immoral about it, and that is the case when a person is in this pseudo telepathic, supernatural double bind.
If the person chooses to be moral to the other self that is thought to be participating in telepathy or with the supernatural beings, universe etc in prayers, Truman Show vision, meditation, ceremonies etc,…
…then the person does what is illogical.
It is immoral to the person to not being in good standing with the telepathic selves and supernatural reality which are fake, so person stays within the social norms or moral bounds with all of that pseudo phenomena, but that is the wrong or illogical thing to do.
When you do illogical things, it is impractical. If you are doing impractical things, then you do not survive very well. That’s how reality is.
So over time this impractical double bind becomes more and more repetitious. The brain begins to “fill in the world” around this phenomenal subject, which is religious telepathy and so forth. The whole paradigm or world view is filled in eventually after thinking and practicing this way for a long time. It’s all figured out. The belief about how the world and the minds work is all filled in, but…
…it’s all wrong. It’s all illogical. It’s all impractical.
It’s made a mental disorder.
This has psychobiological effects as well like anything does, but…
…this one is hardwired in…
…because of a cybernetic loop that has been neurally conditioned due to the double bind’s repetition over time.

So the cybernetic loop on the double bind logic is as follows:

If there is telepathy supernatural Truman Show Universe, go to 3. If there is not, go to 2.

There is not a social or moral connection with the thoughts or voices of the mind, so ignoring them or thinking nothing of them is perfectly logical and practical.

There are supernatural beings, and praying to them, or thinking to them as well as being observed by them internally and externally all day and night all of the lifetime is the way reality is, so since this is possible, then taking care of all possible telepathic messengers ever felt or perceived in any way is paramount because the eternal punishment vs. eternal reward is absolutely the top priority in reality.
And that’s it.
You’re brain fills in reality according to one subject, or it fills in reality according to the other subject.
The problem is that the more you follow 3 reality, the more that you find hard times, so you try harder to satisfy the double bind in 3. As a result you create a conditioned cybernetic loop and a false paradigmatic view of what your mind is, others’ minds are, and the logicality of the universe in general because you base the view of them on fake phenomena such as telepathy and Truman Show Universe.
You are morally obligated to something that has no moral consequence either way whether you are amoral or not to yourself. You are being moral to yourself in an impractical way, so you develop your world view impractically. You do this enough that it affects you chemically. It becomes how you walk, talk, and chew gum. It envelopes more and more of you and everything you do internally and externally.
What I have found is that if I remove the Double Bind, all of this starts reversing itself.
To remove the double bind just don’t hold any moral consequence over what your mind is doing. Don’t carry on like there are telepathic or Truman show observers and interactions with you that only you can see. The stories you heard about these fake phenomena were what we call logical fallacies. They cannot prove anything except with similes and metaphors in all of the thousands of years they’ve been tricking people with those stories.
So once you reality that all of that stuff is a lie in order to make you more controllable, then you realize you don’t owe them anything moral or social in any way.
The only thing you can do is what is logical or practical which is basically the same thing.
If you can think logically and practically, that is half of the fight in this life, and therefore you have halfway won it simply by removing the ESP Religious Double Bind.
I am having superb results, but I had to prove that Christianity was created by the Romans, and that Jesus was not real. Then it all fell into place. I also had other studies of government mind ruddering (not supernatural or technological). Once I knew the intent of religions and governments in general, then I realized I had been suckered.
That’s when I rejected all notions of fake phenomena, thus I had no moral obligation to my hallucinations and other sensations nor the all seeing sky and do forth. Then I nor anyone else was telepathic to my brain any more, and…
…I started to feel much freer which is to say that the stress and confusion of my scz began to significantly improve.
Remember though if you can’t stop believing that stuff, then you can’t do this, and you have to learn what to believe in order to change your beliefs. In other words you can’t just switch off what you’ve believed reality is like for all of these years without doing some learning and thinking about what reality is truly like. So it takes some time, but the grass is definitely greener.
