old ideas like working it out in a gym style routine.
newer ideas like just stifling it in a religious style (especially for women)
challenging the thinking that causes the anger.
would you like to add to my list? i’d love to see some more new (and old?) ideas.

if you arent overly paranoid, you could write them down and then rip them apart for a symbolic act of letting these feelings go to the universe.
Scheduling time to be angry aswell so you can deal with it then instead of being angry about it all day could help.
Screaming in a pilow can give some release of anger.
I usually go for a walk and just walk off the anger

I like to play shooter video games like Call of Duty when angry, killing ppl online is fun!
I wish I could help. I just spent the entire day feeling angry

i am so happy. i woke up today not angry at all. i used to wake up every morning with an angry feeling.
it is sooooo much better when i feel even just blah instead of angry.
i know what you mean everyhopeful. sometimes we need those angry feelings (badly).
