Any ideas for boosting memory and mood? (i.e., diets, supplements, exercise, resources, etc.)
Omega-3, exercise, learn a language, learn to play an instrument, memory apps/puzzles/chess or read a book.
Reading books, find a subject you’re already interested in and start reading, usually one book sparks interest in another and you can keep going forever if you want
@ArcSaber - yes, I love omega-3’s, but never thought about using a memory app or puzzles! Are there any particular apps or websites that you enjoy the best?

Can try looking for English chess and Chinese chess apps. I also played some woodie puzzle app similar to Tetris on the App Store.
