Could you tell me the complete name? It is hard to find HGH in google :disappointed_relieved: @oneeighty

I take a memory enhancer called: Cognitex Basics. They come in softgels. They are nootropics. You can get them online. They cost about $28.00 a month. They work real well for me.
Also, doing squats while crossing your arms and squeezing your earlobes with your fingers works real well for making you smarter too. This is a yoga pose. I do 20 squats every day.

ω-3. I personally use a product called OmegaGenics® DHA 600, manufactured by Metagenics Inc (which I get at the clinic I use but you can get it online). I take 6 capsules daily as suggested by my naturopathic physician.

I would have to say not yet.

I just take fish oil because I don’t get enough omega-3s in my diet.

Fish oil and B-complex. Also, it seems strange, but probiotics too. There’s a big connection between the stomach and brain.

I tried “Gingko Biloba” because it was supposed to help your cognition. It seemed like it might be working, but it is so easy to delude yourself about such things. There is a supplement I’ve been seeing extolled on the internet called “black seed oil”. It’s derived from the spice “cumin”. People are saying it cures everything but death. If it doesn’t cost too much I just might try it.

Wow!! Keep us informed

Thanks for sharing these advice.

Only supplement I use is fish oil. There’s some studies been done in Australia that say it helps out with ADHD people and I take it daily for better concentration.

Does it work? Probably not.

Is it better than not? Probably not.

Do i get anything from it…? god knows but it is cheap as chips and anything helps right?

Seriously. Antipsychotics work over placebo. Anti depressants work over placebo…most orothomolecular doens’t work over placebo and it’s just snake oil!

If it works…provide the information that it works. Otherwise…it’s nothing beneficial and that is a hard cop for a lot of folks!
