I failed today but I have tommorow I currently weigh 250lbs my short term goal is 240. Lose 10 lbs every 5 weeks by eating 1,700 to 2,000 calories to start off with the basics and drink 64oz of water walk 7,000 steps =400 calories so hopefully by making these small changes I can shred down to 184 by end of this year or later as long as I make it.
